Phuong is a Service Designer who is a part of the Design Team from Te Tari Taiwhenua - Department of Internal Affairs.

The team is looking to make the path for young people who are donor conceived, and donors, who are eligible to find out more information about themselves and their family clearer and less confusing. If this is you, they would love to engage with you to have a chat about your experience with the HART process. It would be a bonus if you’ve recently tried to use these services, but not required.

They are looking for 3-4 people to talk to with a mix of donor conceived people and donors.

A bit more about the interviews:

• 1 to 1.5 hours

• Koha in the form of a $80 Prezzy card

• There will be a set of questions they run though

• They will get your opinion on some prototype material like a form or website page

• Interviews are relaxed and people can opt out at any time

• This could be over a video call or an in person catch-up with a hot drink (if Wellington based), whichever you prefer!
