Juanita Copeland

Having worked as a journalist and in the media for over 15 years, Juanita brings an understanding of the modern media landscape. She knows the power of telling a good story and how to get heard.

Juanita is a former television news journalist now working in communications. She initially became involved in Fertility NZ as a support group facilitator but soon joined the Board. At the end of 2022, she completed a four-year term as Chair.

Her lived experience of infertility is what drives her to volunteer her time and skills for Fertility NZ. Ensuring that Fertility NZ survives and thrives so our community feels supported and less alone is rewarding, meaningful and inspiring.
