Auckland support and Jumpstart - nutrition evening
PLEASE NOTE START TIME IS 7PM, NOT 7.30 AS ADVERTISED EARLIER
7.00pm, Wednesday 28th August
Mt Eden Community Centre, 449 Mt Eden Road, Auckland
People who are trying-to-conceive are often confused (and sometimes a little stressed) about diet and nutrition. There is a lot of advice out there, and not all of it is good!
Alice Gormack, a leading fertility dietitian, will give advice on body weight, supplements, diet, nutrition and lifestyle tips for women and men who are trying-to-conceive. She will also address PCOS, male fertility and endometriosis. Her talk will be followed by a Q&A session, so bring your questions!
This event combines part of the pilot programme of Jumpstart - a fitness programme to optimise fertility - with the regular Auckland 'Casual Coffee Group' meetup. It will be beneficial for all! More information on Jumpstart can be found here
Attendance is free and everyone is welcome. RSVP for numbers to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Facebook event page. Of course, we respect your privacy and your details will always be confidential (and not used for any other purpose).
