Advocacy

FNZ work to advocate for Consumers of Assisted Reproductive Technology in a number of ways:

• We meet with the clinics in NZ to provide and receive feedback on consumer related issues.
• We are a mechanism for confidential and anonymous feedback to your clinic if you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself.
• We lobby government for better access to funding and extended funding criteria.
• We feedback any inherent issues to the clinics to enable them to take action and then follow through.
• We have a Consumer Representative Member on both ECART (Ethics Committee) and ACART (Advisory Council)
